Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 44cd platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. 44cd enforces a strict 18+ age restriction across all Services without exception. Minors are absolutely prohibited from accessing, registering, or participating on the platform.
2. You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
3. You are not acting as an agent, partner, affiliate, or representative of any other person or organisation in connection with your account activity on 44cd.
4. You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time you engage in any betting or gaming activity.
5. You have not previously had a 44cd account suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether self-imposed via the 44cd responsible gaming tools or imposed by 44cd — that would restrict your access to the platform.

By creating a 44cd account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility conditions set out above. If at any point you no longer meet these conditions, you are obligated to cease using the platform immediately and to notify the 44cd support team at [email protected].

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 44cd Services, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules govern the registration process and the ongoing security of your account.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and any additional identity details requested during the verification process.
• Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on 44cd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, device, mobile number, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must complete any identity verification (KYC) process requested by 44cd, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address.
• Your registered mobile number will be used for OTP-based two-factor authentication on login and withdrawal events. You are responsible for maintaining exclusive access to the SIM card associated with your registered number.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44cd Login credentials, including your username and password. 44cd staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your login credentials — whether by you or by any other person — is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 44cd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password via the account settings panel.
• 44cd reserves the right to temporarily lock an account where unusual or suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification of the account holder's identity.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

44cd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and supports a range of local payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 44cd, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 44cd wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the verified identity details on your 44cd account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• 44cd does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 2–24 hours during normal operating conditions. During peak periods (e.g., immediately after BPL or IPL match results), processing times may extend up to 48 hours.
• 44cd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• 44cd reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

44cd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is announced, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement, eligible game list, minimum deposit amount, and validity period. These details are published on the promotion page or communicated directly to the player at the time the offer is extended.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate balance pools. Wagering will draw from Bonus Funds first unless the player explicitly selects otherwise, where the platform permits such selection.
• Standard wagering requirements on 44cd deposit bonuses are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, RNG table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
• 44cd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued under an active bonus are honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus stacking, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or deliberately placing low-risk hedge bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially account closure.

Game Rules & Betting

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the 44cd platform. In addition to these general rules, specific game rules published within each game interface or betting market govern the outcome and settlement of individual wagers.

• All casino game outcomes on 44cd are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by the relevant third-party game studio. 44cd does not alter, influence, or intervene in game outcomes in any way. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (roulette wheels, card decks) in a controlled studio environment.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the platform are final and binding. A bet may not be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error that prevents a bet from being recorded correctly, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• 44cd reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any payout where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 44cd settlement decisions are final.
• In-play (live) betting markets carry an inherent delay between real-world events and the platform's data feed. 44cd does not accept liability for bets placed on market states that have already changed in real life but have not yet been reflected in the platform feed due to latency.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may be applied and are subject to change. Where a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the maximum payout amount will be applied and the excess will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44cd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full.

• Registering more than one account on 44cd, whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification or KYC process.
• Using a payment account not registered in your own legal name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, RNG patterns, or any other technical vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — for example, coordinating bets in a live poker or live casino environment to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants or the platform.
• Laundering money or using 44cd for any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh, including depositing proceeds of crime.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional mechanics in ways not intended by 44cd.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 44cd customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the 44cd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, by using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology.

Account Suspension & Closure

44cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances set out in this section.

Account Closure by 44cd

• 44cd may immediately suspend or close an account without prior notice where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed, including any instance of prohibited conduct set out in Section 7.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 44cd reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, and to recover any amounts paid out in error.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., a decision to cease offering services in a particular market), Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

• You may request closure of your 44cd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.
• Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and identity verification requirements.
• Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited, as Bonus Funds have no cash value independent of the wagering requirements associated with them.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the 44cd account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 44cd will not send any promotional communications to the excluded account. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44cd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 44cd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 44cd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 44cd is not liable for any interruption to the Services caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, civil unrest, natural disasters, or acts of government authority in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• 44cd provides its gaming and betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, as to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with any particular device or operating system.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of casino gaming and sports betting. 44cd does not guarantee any outcome, return-to-player rate on any individual session, or recovery of losses.
• 44cd is not liable for any delay or failure in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by the relevant third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank), provided that 44cd has taken all reasonable steps on its part to facilitate the transaction.

Amendments & Governing Law

44cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — 44cd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via platform notification or email to the registered address on file. However, 44cd is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor amendments, clarifications, or corrections.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available at 44cd.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect. Continued use of the 44cd platform after the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 44cd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, represent the entire agreement between you and 44cd concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

44cd is committed to resolving any player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 44cd Services, please contact the support team in the first instance. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a substantive response provided within 5 business days.
